West Kauai Business & Professional Association
is a nonprofit 501c (6) organization fostering economic viability with the involvement of community, business and government. Our mission is to:
- develop effective, innovative and affordable solutions,
- improve the economic situation and the quality of life of our residents,
- develop and enhance our environment,
- revitalize the economy of our business districts, and
- recapture the visual character and heritage of the past by using our own resources.
Waimea remains a special community well known for its active community reflected in its high level of volunteerism, sense of family and aloha spirit. In addition to its West Kaua'i Main Street Program and Waimea Theatre Restoration Project, the West Kaua'i Business & Professional Association encourages economic development and community spirit in sponsoring annual events including the Waimea Town Celebration
